I am Megan Moran, a Brooklyn-based artist and an aspiring tattoo apprentice seeking a labor exchange.

TATTOO EXPERIENCE

I am skilled in drawing, hand poke, stencil design and creation, and familiar with sterile setups. I also have a huge respect and passion for the tradition and history behind tattoos. It is for these reasons that I am determined to learn from someone in the industry rather than than the internet (especially with the rise in AI slop designs and flash). I have not used a tattoo machine.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

I work a day job in administration at NYU and have extensive experience in scheduling, data storage/organization, website creation, and social media management. I am frequently the first point of contact for visitors and send out public facing communications. If these skills don’t apply to your needs, I am a fast learner and am ready to lend my skills to any of your professional needs!

COMMISSIONS AND COMMUNITY

I use my remaining time to create donation based commissions. My commissions cost a minimum $1 donation to an organization/nonprofit/campaign that benefits the world at large. I am proud to say that I have raised a total of $645.90 for organizations including Make the Road NY, Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, ASPCA, Planned Parenthood, St John’s Bread and Life Food Bank, Zohran Mamdani’s primary campaign and more.
